Athletes will be charged 50% of the class fee at time of booking with the balance being charged part way through the session.
Classes run once per week. Athletes select one day and time when registering and stick with that selection for the duration of the session. Choices include Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Saturday.
Registrations from previous sessions do not carry over. Anyone wishing to participate will need to re-register for each new session. We strongly suggest registering as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
In order to avoid crowds, we have a no spectator policy in effect at the gym, however we will offer a Parent Viewing Day each session where parents will be allowed into the gym to watch class and take photos.
Please remember to send your athlete with a LARGE gym bag that can hold all of their personal belongings.
Drop-off is at the main doors and pick up is at the south doors (beam area)
There are no refunds, credits or make-ups for missed classes A class credit will not be issued for classes missed due to travel or social activities. A class credit may be issued with a doctor's certificate at the discretion of the club. Class credits cannot be converted to refunds.
No trials or make ups are permitted during this session. In the event of a lockdown any remaining paid classes will switch to virtual (to a maximum of 6 weeks). There will be no refunds or credits offered if a lockdown is required.
R.H.G.C. cannot cancel classes due to inclement weather
A note on parking- Please do not park in the lot directly south of our building as the owners there will have vehicles tagged and towed.
ABOUT DEVELOPMENTAL GYMNASTICS at R.H.G.C.
Developmental gymnasts have fun and work hard, with an ultimate goal of developing strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and gymnastics skills, all while making new friends. As a sport that is both mental and physical, gymnastics not only offers opportunities for your child to progress physically, but also mentally through increased self-esteem, confidence, and social skills.
Please note that all of our programs have been adjusted to reflect strong health and safety standards and to respect physical distancing.

Some notes…
At this point in time, you should have already accepted our FLU and illness policies. The following information outlines our protocols for keeping our athletes and coaches safe. Please be sure you are educated on our policies to promote a safe and fun training experience. Please do not come to class if you are experiencing any symptoms of FLU or illness.
Athletes are to be dropped off at the front door. No spectators will be allowed in the gym.
Athletes must come changed.
Outdoor shoes and any additional clothes will be placed in their gym bags.
Washroom taps / toilets will be sanitized frequently during training.
We are asking that no food be brought into the facility at this time.
At the end of training athletes will be picked up at the south door by the balance beams.
The entire facility will be cleaned at the end of the training sessions
